Monthly Bookkeeping Service
Weekly categorization of new transactions in your Quickbooks bank and credit card feeds, monthly account reconciliation, and monthly financial reports submitted to the company owner.
Pricing varies depending on the size of your company and complexity of the transactions
Tier 1: $250 - $500 per month
Tier 2: $500 - $750 per month
Tier 3: $750 - $1,000 per month

My cleanup and catch-up services are offered at a fixed price, tailored to the size and complexity of your books.
How it works
What to expect from me
I’ll sign into your Quickbooks weekly and categorize transactions for expenses, income, assets, liabilities, etc.
If I have any questions for certain transactions I’ll email them to you weekly. That way you know when to expect an email and have the rest of the week to get back to me so there’s no rush.
Monthly reconciliations for all of your business (not personal) bank, credit card, and loan accounts
Monthly report generation (more reports can be generated at request)

These are a few ways you can help keep things on track
Link your bank and credit card accounts to your Quickbooks so the feed can be updated in real time
Send copies of your bank and credit card statements monthly. The sooner I receive them the sooner I can reconcile them to Quickbooks and generate your financial statements
I don’t keep track of receipts but it’s good practice to make digital copies and save them
